Jessie Espinosa

Jessie Espinosa began his career in farming as the VP for J. Espinosa Ranches, Inc..   He used his knowledge and passion for farming and founded Bella Orchards in the southeast Turlock area at the age of 25.  Jessie is also a Realtor partnered with the Century 21 brand where he has earned sustained Centurion level production throughout his near 19-year Real Estate practice.  He is a member of the Century 21 Select Ag Division, a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the California Association of Realtors, a member of the CCIM Institute where he is currently working towards obtaining the coveted CCIM designation, a member of the California Farm Bureau.

• In 2007 Jessie co-founded TeamREO, to service disposition of bank owned real estate assets for clients such as Fannie Mae, American Home Mortgage, Citi Bank, and LandAmerica.  

• In 2010, Jessie co-founded WeFour, LLC, an investment company aimed at rehabbing homes to fill a need for first time home buyers in the mist of the bank owned (REO) era.   

• In 2013 Jessie co-founded a joint venture almond farm of approx. 230ac where he co-managed the operation.   

• In 2017 Jessie co-founded Zeus Enterprises, LLC., a real estate investment company with the goal of acquiring multi-use properties.  

• In 2020, Jessie co-founded a joint venture almond farm of approx. 80ac where he currently co-manages.  

 Today Jessie spends his time helping beginning farmers navigate the challenges of starting and maintaining a profitable farm practice as well helping his client base with different investment opportunities.  Jessie takes great pride in his farming practice and enjoys teaching his kids the value of growing up on the farm as he was privy to by his mother and father.
